Aktuelle Entwicklungen im Bankrecht
In 2021, the Bankenakademie will again organize a symposium to discuss current judgments in banking law and report on new developments in banking law and banking practice as well as on national and European legislation. The aim of the event is to provide participants with a summary overview of developments in banking law in 2021 and of the work of the bodies of the banking association dealing with legal issues.
In addition to the areas of account management, credit and credit protection law, consumer protection and general terms and conditions law, as well as payment transactions and data protection, the conference will also focus on current issues of capital market and supervisory law.
The event will be chaired by Mr. Thorsten Höche, Chief Legal Counsel and Member of the Management Board, Bundesverband deutscher Banken e. V., Berlin.
The content of the event will be planned up to date and in a timely manner. A detailed agenda and further information on the format will be available approximately 6-8 weeks before the event.
If circumstances do not allow for a face-to-face event, the organizer reserves the right to offer the event in the form of an online symposium.
