In 2020, the Bankenakademie will once again hold its traditional conference on banking law - this time in digital format under the banner of COVID-19. As in previous years, current banking law rulings will be discussed, new developments in banking law and banking practice will be presented and detailed reports on national and European legislation will be given. The aim of the event is to provide participants with a summary overview of the developments in banking law in 2020 and of the work of the Association of German Banks dealing with legal issues.
In addition to account management, legislation governing lending and loan security, consumer protection, the law governing terms and conditions, payment transactions and data protection, the symposium will also focus on current developments in capital market and supervisory law.
Participants will receive the proven, comprehensive conference folder "Banking Law" with all event documents by post before the event.
