Aktuelle Entwicklungen im Bankrecht
The hybrid conference will discuss current banking law rulings and report on new developments in banking law and banking practice as well as on national and European legislation. The aim of the event is to provide participants with a summary overview of developments in banking law in 2023 and of the work of the bodies of the banking association dealing with legal issues.

Among the speakers will be Lucas-Michael Beck, Wulf Hartmann, Jan-Teja Kraft, René Lorenz, Thomas Lorenz, Dr. Elmira Mamedowa-Ahmad, Dr. Andreas von Oppen, Martin Pietzner, Adrian Schwantes, Dirk Stein and Lothar Wand (all Bundesverband deutscher Banken e. V., Berlin).
The event will be chaired by Thorsten Höche, Chief Legal Counsel and Managing Director, Bundesverband deutscher Banken e. V., Berlin.
On the evening of November 30, 2023, we are planning a Christmas dinner with all participants who will be on site in Berlin.
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance as proof of their training.
