The event is characterized by a traditionally very constructive and intensive dialog between representatives of BaFin, the banking association and the institutions.
The event, which features top-class experts and specialists, provides comprehensive information on practice-relevant aspects of modern compliance work and therefore offers great added value for the daily work of compliance officers.
Participants will receive a dedicated overview of compliance-relevant developments, such as the MiFID and MiFIR Review as well as the EMIR Review in the context of reporting.
The topic of sustainability in the context of ESG compliance will be explored in greater depth from the perspective of both sales and issuers. The target market concept as well as reporting play an essential role.
A particular focus is on the growing digital and crypto business. What are the prospects offered by regulations such as the Electronic Securities Act (eWpG) and the Ordinance on Requirements for Electronic Securities Registries (eWpRV), as well as, at the European level, the Regulation on Crypto Assets (MiCA). What challenges does this pose for compliance?
In the context of reporting, BaFin's Data Driven Supervision will also be examined in more detail and what changes this will bring for member institutions.
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance as proof of the training.
The contents of the event will be planned up to date and in a timely manner. A detailed agenda will be available approximately 6-8 weeks before the event.
The protection of our participants, speakers and staff is very important to us. We thank you for your understanding and support.
Regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, the Banking Academy reserves the option to change the event to an online event 6-8 weeks prior if necessary.
