The webinar will present the recently published new Master Agreement 2025 and the new KAGB Annex 2025. In addition, brief overviews will be given of current documentation projects as well as the derivatives and fund markets in Luxembourg (A&O Shearman), Austria (Wolf Theiss Rechtsanwälte) and Switzerland (Lenz & Staehelin).
The event is aimed in particular at employees of institutions, capital management companies and other market participants involved in contract documentation for financial transactions.
