Deutsche Rahmenverträge - Neuer Anhang für Rohwarengeschäfte

This webinar will present the new 2026 Annex for Commodity Transactions to the German Master Agreement for Financial Futures, published on 18 March 2026.

The event will be chaired by Dr. Lambert Köhling of the Association of German Banks. Other speakers include Dr. Patrick Scholl and Johannes Schahn from the law firm Mayer Brown, Christina Springer from Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, and Stefanie Lindemann from Deutsche Bank. All speakers contributed to updating the annex on commodity transactions.

The event is aimed in particular at staff at institutions, companies and other market participants involved in contract documentation for financial futures transactions.

Stefanie Lindemann
Stefanie Lindemann is an in-house lawyer / senior counsel at Deutsche Bank.

Johannes Schahn
Johannes Schahn is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Mayer Brown and advises banks, financial service providers, and corporations on capital markets law. His practice focuses in particular on providing legal support for the issuance of structured products and advising on transactions involving over-the-counter derivatives.

Dr. Patrick Scholl
Dr. Patrick Scholl is a partner and head of the Capital Markets Practice at Mayer Brown in Germany, as well as one of the leading experts on capital markets law and structured finance products in Germany. 

Christina Springer
Christina Springer is Senior Legal Counsel in the Legal Department of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, where she heads the Derivatives Team. Among other things, she advises on OTC derivatives and structured capital market products.

Dr. Lambert Köhling
Dr. Lambert Köhling is Director in the Legal and Capital Market Teams of the Bankenverband (German Banking Association). For the past 16 years he has been organising the Financial Derivatives Working Group overseeing the development of the German master agreement documentation for financial transactions and the accompanying netting opinion program. Before joining the Bankenverband he was a lawyer specializing in project finance.
