New Work in der Bankenbranche

Digitalization, sustainability requirements, risks (ESG) and constantly new regulations, such as Basel IV, as well as the cultural change in society, are constantly presenting the banking world with new challenges. The success of a bank depends on how well it can respond to these permanent changes and increasing complexity, from internal departments to sales. Across the board, the management and risk culture as well as new working techniques are decisive key factors for dealing with increasing dynamics and complexity.

In the interactive online workshop "New Work in the Banking Industry", banking expert and Springer author Klaus Leusmann will outline the current megatrends that will inevitably affect the banking sector and illustrate them with practical examples. The impulse lecture will be followed by a method-based reflection to assess the participants' own corporate culture and working techniques. In the context of a small group exercise, there will be a question-led discussion of measures to meet current and future challenges strategically and efficiently. These elaborations are presented and discussed, so that each participant receives ideas and suggestions on how to best methodically meet the challenges in the banking sector.

The online workshop is led by Maike Reingen, independent consultant (Denk Art Coaching & Training) with proven expertise as head of human resources and quality management.

The event is aimed at all managers as well as HR professionals in the field of management development.
