The exchange of experience for HR managers provides information on developments in labor and social law, collective bargaining policy decisions and gives a comprehensive overview of all core topics as well as trends in HR work. Topics discussed in depth in the past have included:

  •     Junior staff and management development
  •     Occupational health management
  •     Recruiting, measures for personnel acquisition
  •     Bank as employer (marketing, attractiveness, etc.)
  •     Personnel management in times of crisis
  •     Agile organization and digitalization

The event, which is reserved exclusively for members of the Association of German Banks and the Employers' Association of the Private Banking Industry, is characterized by a traditionally very constructive and intensive dialog between representatives of the employers' association and the institutions.

This year's event is themed "After the pandemic is before the next disruption: experiences, opportunities and strategies for HR work".

We are currently planning - also in response to a great deal of demand from participants in previous years - to hold the exchange of experience in HR as a face-to-face event again. Due to the still uncertain situation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bankenakademie reserves the right to change the event into an online event six weeks in advance, if necessary.

The event content will be planned in an up-to-date and timely manner. A detailed agenda and further information on the format will be available approximately 6 weeks prior to the event.
