The hybrid symposium will discuss current judgements in banking law and report on new developments in banking law and practice as well as national and European legislation.

The aim of the event is to provide participants with a summarised overview of developments in banking law in 2025 and of the work of the Banking Association's committees dealing with legal issues.

The exact content of the event will be planned promptly and will be available approximately 6 weeks before the start of the event.

The experts from the Association of German Banks (BdB) will be speaking for you.

The event will be led by Thorsten Höche, Chief Legal Advisor and Managing Director, BdB.

Participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
