When it becomes important for us humans, the emotions are ‘boss’ in the brain. They limit what we are capable of and set the direction anyway. The more complex and demanding our working world becomes, the more important emotional intelligence is for success. Our webinar aims to support managers in improving their communication skills and strengthening their emotional intelligence when dealing with employees.

As a participant in this webinar, you will learn how to better assess others, recognise their emotionality and engage them in a conversation. You will learn about fundamental psychological relationships through practical applications in exercises.
