Artificial intelligence is a key driver for sustainable and efficient operating models in the financial sector. How can we successfully bridge the gap between strategic vision and measurable implementation? Our practical workshop bridges the gap between AI strategy and successful operationalisation.

We will explore the specific potential of generative AI and discuss its concrete impact on your bank’s business model. Using real-world case studies, we will demonstrate how projects can be implemented profitably – from AI-supported customer support to automated contract review. In interactive sessions, we will structure your own use cases, assess their feasibility and develop them further in a targeted manner.

We also address the challenges involved in scaling AI projects within established banking structures – from risk appetite and infrastructure to new role profiles. Finally, we look ahead to the next stage of evolution: agentic AI. Drawing up a six-week plan will enable you to put the insights gained into practice immediately
