Dr. Teo Geldner
Dr. Teo Geldner works as an Associate at the Association of German Banks in the Banking Supervision and Accounting team. He covers topics such as liquidity requirements for banks, third-party risk management, and BCBS 239. Previously, he worked in research and consulting. He holds a PhD in macroeconomics and is a trained banker.

Marianne Gottschall
Marianne Gottschall is Senior Manager Financial Services Attestation at KPMG AG.

Ramona Häge
Ramona Häge is Senior Manager at PwC Germany with over 20 years of experience in IT auditing and consulting for banks and financial service providers. She leads the area of IT Internal Audit and supports internal audit clients in complex IT projects, systems, and digital business processes. Her focus is on digitalization and the use of AI in internal audit.

Amin Harig
Amin Harig works as an Associate at PwC Germany in IT audit and consulting for financial institutions. He brings extensive research experience on artificial intelligence in the services sector. His focus is on advising financial institutions on the use of new technologies, supporting them in the successful implementation of digital innovations.

Torsten Jäger
Torsten Jäger heads the Sustainable Finance team at the Association of German Banks. In this role, he is involved in various international, European, and national Sustainable Finance initiatives and regularly liaises with key EU institutions and supervisory authorities (EBA, ECB, BaFin, and Bundesbank). He has more than 19 years of experience in banking supervisory law and has previously worked for management consultancy zeb/, DZ Bank in London, and Berliner Volksbank.

Marcel Jerosch
Marcel Jerosch has over 13 years of experience in banking supervisory law with a focus on regulatory reporting, including credit reporting, own funds and capital requirements, liquidity, and resolution. He has participated in bank-wide projects, including preparations for ECB supervision. For the past two years, he has headed a department at Santander Consumer Bank AG with 20 employees and serves as the bank’s key supervisory contact. In addition, he manages another department responsible for IFRS group reporting contributions.

Arne Klusmann
Arne Klusmann is a lawyer and certified tax lawyer. He advised medium-sized clients on tax law for more than 20 years before joining the FDP parliamentary group in the German Bundestag. Since May 2025, he has represented the tax policy interests of the Association of German Banks in Berlin as Director.

Marco Lenhardt
Marco Lenhardt is Partner, Financial Services at KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.

André Posé
André Posé has extensive expertise in risk management, finance & accounting, regulatory reporting (HGB & IFRS), SAP, and data warehousing. His career includes positions at WestLB AG and ING-DiBa AG, where he has long been responsible for projects in market & credit risk management, finance & accounting, and regulatory reporting. As Head of Finance, Change & Governance, Financial Reporting & Controls, his work focuses on steering, coordinating, and ensuring the quality of projects, as well as guiding transformation processes in a regulated environment.

Oliver Scholz
Oliver Scholz, Senior Vice President, ESG & Business Development, has been driving strategic sustainability initiatives at Hamburg Commercial Bank AG (HCOB) since 2019, establishing corresponding ESG standards within the bank. With over 20 years of international experience in the financial industry, he holds a degree in business administration and an industrial management qualification. He brings broad expertise in solving complex strategic challenges, operational project management, and process control.

Silvia Schütte
Silvia Schütte began her career in the German Savings Banks Finance Group with training as an association auditor and later worked in financial communications at a major bank. For many years now, she has served as Director of Banking Supervision and Accounting at the Association of German Banks, dealing with a wide range of supervisory and accounting issues.

Sabine Weber
Sabine Weber is Director in the Taxes and Investments team of the Association of German Banks in Berlin. She is responsible for all VAT-related issues in banking and financial services at the national, European, and international levels.
