Continuing education is no longer optional for bank managers and board members, but rather a clear regulatory obligation (Section 25c (4) KWG, BaFin leaflet Rn. 105). At the same time, technical and regulatory requirements continue to increase. The intensive online workshop “Vorstand aktuell” (Executive Board Update) offers you a compact update on this topic, focusing on the most important current developments.

It is an advanced training event within the meaning of Section 25c (4) KWG. 

The intensive online workshop will be led by Dr. Jens Thau, M.C.J. (New York University). Dr. Thau is a lawyer, specialist in labor law, licensed in Germany and New York. He is deputy managing director and chief legal counsel of the Employers' Association of the Private Banking Industry (AGV Banken). Since 1994, his practice has focused on collective labor law (collective bargaining and works constitution law, collective bargaining negotiations, conciliation committees) as well as employment and liability law for executive boards and supervisory boards.
