Aktuelle Entwicklungen im Bankrecht

This year, the Bankenakademie is organizing a symposium in Berlin as well as online via MS Teams to discuss current banking law rulings and report on new developments in banking law and practice as well as national and European legislation. The aim of the event is to provide participants with a summary overview of developments in banking law in 2024 and of the work of the bodies of the Banking Association dealing with legal issues.

In addition to the areas of account management, credit and credit protection law, consumer protection, settlement law and the law governing general terms and conditions, as well as payment transactions and data protection, the conference will also focus on the areas of investor protection, sustainable finance, and restructuring and settlement.

The event will be chaired by Thorsten Höche, Chief Legal Counsel and Managing Director, BdB.

Participants will receive a certificate of attendance as proof of their training.
