Deutsche Rahmenvertragsdokumentation kompakt

In the webinar "German framework agreement documentation compact: Overview and practical exchange on the new framework agreements for repo transactions and securities loans 2022", the new framework agreements for repo transactions and securities loans 2022 published at the end of 2022 will be presented and their use in practice discussed. In addition, a brief overview of current documentation projects will be provided.

The documentation and discussions will be led by Kerstin Schaepersmann (Clifford Chance), Stefanie Lindemann (Deutsche Bank) and Lambert Köhling (Bundesverband deutscher Banken e.V.).

The webinar is primarily aimed at employees of institutions, companies from the financial sector and other market participants involved in contract documentation for financial transactions.
