Krisenmanagement/-übungen in Theorie und Praxis

In a world characterized by uncertainty and rapid change, the banking sector is constantly facing new challenges. Whether global financial crises, technological disruptions or regulatory changes - the ability to respond effectively and quickly to crises is crucial for banks to maintain stability and trust.

Our workshop is aimed at executives, risk managers, emergency response officers and decision-makers in the banking sector who want to strengthen their crisis management skills and better prepare their institutions for unexpected events. Using practical examples, learn how to recognize crisis situations at an early stage, plan strategically and manage them successfully. We will show you how to design effective processes and how to optimally integrate the decisive human factor.

In addition to theoretical basics, you can expect a brief introduction to a moderated crisis management exercise that will help you to apply what you have learned in a safe environment.

The speakers will be Uwe Naujoks, Partner and Head of Risk Management, Doris Schwerdtner, Senior Manager Risk Management, both from WG-DATA GmbH and Bärbel Adamek, owner of BA Coachings und Trainings.

In order to make the workshop as practice- and result-oriented as possible, we ask you to provide us with your questions for discussion in the “Comments” field.
