Faktor Mensch im Krisenmanagement – Verhalten verstehen, Kommunikation steuern, Handlungsfähigkeit trainieren
Crises present organisations – and in particular the people within them – with unique challenges. Time pressure, uncertainty and high emotional stress influence perception, decision-making and communication – and thus the overall effectiveness of crisis management.
This online workshop is aimed at executives, members of crisis teams, risk managers and those responsible for emergency and crisis management in banks and financial institutions who wish to prepare their organisation for crises not only structurally but also in terms of behaviour.
You will gain insights into typical behavioural patterns and dynamics that arise in crisis situations and within crisis management teams, and learn how decision-making and collaboration processes can be effectively structured under pressure. Furthermore, we will highlight the importance of structured crisis communication and demonstrate how relevant stakeholders can be engaged in a manner appropriate to their specific needs.
In an interactive breakout session, you will develop practical communication strategies and apply them to realistic scenarios. You will also learn how behavioural aspects can be specifically integrated into crisis management exercises to practise decision-making, communication and collaboration under realistic conditions.
The workshop combines expert insights with practical application and helps you to sustainably strengthen your organisation’s ability to act, even in critical situations.
